Introduction

In Vietnam, crispy pancake is also called "Bánh xèo", literally "sizzling pancake", named for the loud sizzling sound it makes when the rice batter is poured into the hot skillet is a Vietnamese savory fried pancake made of rice flour, water, and turmeric powder.Some common stuffings include: pork, shrimp, diced green onion, mung bean, and bean sprouts.
In Southern Vietnam, banh xeo is in ther size of a large dish and it has a yellow outer layer.

How to eat Banh xeo
Firstly, take some lettuce, then take a moderate piece of Banh xeo and place it on the lettuce. After that, roll them tightly, dip the roll into the sauce and enjoy.
